A night in the Court (Private)

Meanwhile back at the bar Hien and Mizukage sat there drinking. Hien was pretty much drunk now since he was nice as can be at the moment probably scaring his twin. "Hehe this is good fun ain't it bro?" Asked Hien looking at Mizukage.

The bar doors swung open and Jade came in. Waving off his mob of fan girls he said, "Shoo ladies let me have a drink first." The girls all pouted but remained seated. It was then Jade stopped seeing Hien and Mizukage. Taking a seat next to Hien Jade remained quiet as he rested his injured arm gently on the bar counter. "Hey I know you... You're that half with that nearly trampled me yesterday.." Said Hien. "Yes and you're the moron who picked on a superior and ran off when things got rough. Your point is?" Asked Jade. "Well I was going to apologize but now I won't captain...." Said Hien.

"Hey hey look at what the wind brought in." Said Hien with a grin as he gave reached over giving Kuroyami a playful nudge in the side. "Ugh!" Said Jade pulling away form his smothering fan girl club and taking a seat next to Hien. "I hate being overly cute to them." Said Jade. Hien actually let out an amused laugh to that. "I only wonder how'd they act around Captain Hitsugaya. The other captain close to your age Captain." Said Hien. "He don't drink and he'd probably scare them all away with his personality." Said Jade drinking down a shot.

Shin'ichi and Solomon had returned back to the office only to see a woman there they had never seen before sitting there waiting. She jumped up when they walked in. "And you are?" Asked Solomon. "Maylin Raye new academy graduate. I was just told to come here since I was placed in this squad it seems." Said the woman. Looking to Shin'ichi Solomon said, "This is your deal captain. We got a new squad member. And since when did this place get so organized?" Solomon noticed their nightmares of paper work were stacked nice and orderly in neat piles and small sections. "I got bored. Forgive me if I stepped out of line." Said Maylin. "Works for me." Said Solomon taking a seat.

"So you like the lieutenant of this squad?" Asked Maylin looking at Solomon. "Nope not at all. But just for your basic idea of how this squad works. Be here at 8 a.m sharp every morning and do your orders without complaints and lastly don't piss off the captain. You'll regret it if you do." Said Solomon. "Oh really? He doesn't look like he could hurt a fly he seems so soft." Said Maylin. Solomon snorted in laughter and a voice said, "You're full of shit then lady. Look at what he did to me. Even though I deserved it." Maylin turned and saw Jade. He was still stuck in bandages even though a few days have passed.

Just then Maylin walked into the office. Smiling she went behind Shin'ichi and said, "Hey there handsome. You look like you could use a shoulder rub to loosen up. Gently gripping Shin'ichi's shoulders Maylin began to firmly rub them as she smiled.

"Really it's okay captain. If it helps you relax I'll gladly do it." Said Maylin with a smile. She then said, "So captain how about we go out for dinner tonight? I'd like to get to know my superior better if you know what I mean." She smiled as she continued rubbing his shoulders deeply.

"Alright yay! Be ready at 7 p.m sharp captain!" Said Maylin hugging him. She left closing the office door. Jade and Solomon were still there. "Pay up you two." Said Maylin with a satisfied smirk. "Ooohhh she's good." Said Jade handing all his money over. Solomon nodded and handed his money over saying, "I agree she caught him hook, line, and sinker." Maylin giggled and said, "I did it cause he's good looking anyway. Not for the money really. I just threw in the cash to make it more challenging. This oughta cover our dinner tonight. Score one for me!"

Shin'ichi grumbled and poured himself more tea. He was sucking it down like he was trying to put out a fire burning inside him, which was his headache tearing him apart figuratively.

Around 7 p.m that night Maylin returned. She tipped Solomon in his seat making him fall over with a crash as she walked by and laughed running into Shin'ichi's office. "Knock knock captain... you ready?" Asked Maylin sweetly as she peeped inside.

As Maylin walked out with Shin'ichi. Solomon picked himself up and said, "You evil woman... doing that to me." Smiling he said, "Have fun you two." "Oh we will." Said Maylin grabbing Shin'ichi's hand and pulling him along saying, "Come on captain!"

"Oh just somewhere casual. As you can see I ditched my work uniform for the time being. Didn't want to mess it up." Said Maylin leading Shin'ichi along. Entering the place a short time later she took her seat with him and ordered a small round of Sake to drink with her meal. "So tell me where you from and how long have you been captain?" Maylin asked with a smile.

"Interesting at least you had a better life and a family compared to me." Said Maylin with a smile. Their Ramen arrived and Maylin said, "Oh this looks yummy! Dig in!" She began chowing down with a big smile.
