History: Her father was the brother of Ryuken Ishida. He died a long time ago, which left Ash and her older sister alone. They lived alone and trained themselves in the Quincy way. But one day when they were training, they were taken to Los Noches by some arrancar. Aizen's arrancar. He had picked up an interest in the quincy and wanted to do some testing. Ash's sister sacrificed herself so Ash could escape. Ash is now going against the way of the quincy and is assisting shinigami. She is known as an unranked member of the second division in the Onmitsukido. She helps in spying on Aizen and will do whatever it takes to help bring that man down. She is Uryu's cousin. Her and Uryu get along ok, but his father hates her. Wishes she had died along with her sister....

Personality: She's a clumsy person really. She always ends up hurting herself in some way, but does apologize if her actions involved hurting someone else as well. She's not shy or quiet, she does speak her opinion unless its to someone of a higher rank than herself. Then she keeps quiet. She's quite the laughable character, very friendly for an arrancar.
History: There's not much known really since she doesn't remember half of her life before turning into an arrancar thanks to the Hogyoku. She's not really against shinigami. Really, if she could make everyone get along she would enjy that. but she knows that will never happen. Oh well.

Zanpakuto Name: Aoi Kouen-Hime
Zanpakuto Meaning: Blue Flame Princess
Zanpakuto Element: Fire that is said to be as cold as ice (Fire, but the flame is not hot, it's cold)
Zanpakuto Resurrection Form: Michi's resurrection form changes her hair so that it grows longer, leaving the spikes in the back but the longer hair is blue. Blue fox like ears appear on the top of her head and her blade becomes a transparent firesy mist that when touched it will slowly burn your skin off.

Personality: She's quite the nice arrancar. She doesn't believe in picking sides. She's neutral. She's quite lazy though, much like the new Primera Espada, Stark. She can be quite stubborn and if you argue with her, she doesn't try so hard to win, unless it's a serious situation. Fighting isn't her cup of tea, but she will fight if need be.
History: She is the Ex-Primera Espada(First Espada). The time when she was Primera is unknown, but it was around the same time Stark was an arrancar since the two have a history of being close friends. She left Aizen's army due to some personal conflicts with other Espada and Aizen himself. Now she's just a wanderer, not picking either side. Why should she?

Personality: She's quite a tease and a flirt, but most of the time she's joking. She also likes to bug the men and their over sized ego's sometimes. She normally uses her body to bug them since her uniform reveals her clevage quite a lot.
History: Not much is known of Keiyou's past, just the fact that she has a drinking problem and normally does this with the comfort of people around her -- whether it be someone she forced to drink with her, or someone she tricked into drinking with her. Normally her drinking buddies weren't there by choice.

Zanpaktou:
Name: Tentou Rikka-Hime {Heaven' Snow Princess}

Shikai: In its Shikai state, the blade grows a bit bigger and obtains a charm with three icicles that hold blue beads inside of them. These icicles never melt unless the weilder of this blade dies. It's power in this form is to control ice and snow as the uswer see fit, whether it be in the form of a storm, or in the form of a shield, or weapon. However the storms are weaker than the other two forms of attack.

Bankai: In it's bankai, it turns into a staff, the same three charms reside at the top of the staff where a crystal that looks lik a 3D snow flake resides. It can create dense storms, and even freeze the opponant from the inside out if they are struck in at least 3 vital organs.

Eye Color: Misty blue
Personality: She's sort of shy, always having trouble talking to people of higher rank or that she has not met before. But after she knows them, she's ok with talking. She also has a confident side, sort of an opposite personality if you will. That side is way different than her normal one, and when she switches to that personality it means she's pissed or annoyed.
History: Kya grew up in a bad part of Rukongai. Where kids were treated like crap, and the chances of anyone there making it into the academy were very slim. But she was quite determind despite how shy she was. She wouldn't give up. She wanted to make a better life for herself and becoming a shinigami was the way to do that. It took a lot of work but she managed.

Shikai: In it's Shikai State, the blade looks quite heavenly and can shower any darkness with light. When pierced by this blade, or scratched, The skin around the wound begins to turn numb and white. The numbing, if hit many times, whill spread and immobolize the body for a period of time depending on where you were hit and how many times. But if you are struck through the heart, the heart will stop beating.
